How to calculate shrink :
- Get cap diameter.
- Example diameter cap 6cm so you need to choose #63. (#63 = 63mm/6.3cm).
- Please make sure have some extra size 1-3cm.
- Features: High shrinkage rate, high transparency rate, non-toxic and eco-friendly, no smell, can be used in food packaging. The heat shrink temperature of POF shrink bag is 95 ℃. Easy to operation
- Packaged products: Milk tea, fruit juice drinks, carbonated drinks, yogurt, fresh milk, jelly, sauce, mineral water, oil, hair care products, skin care category, cosmetics, cleaning supplies, toothpaste, liquid alcohol, oral liquid and others.
- Applicable industry: Catering, food, daily chemical, medicine, tobacco and wine, clothing, chemical industry, home textiles, gifts, handicrafts, toys, hardware, machinery and others.
- How to use: 1. Put the items directly into the shrink bag, and cut the length according to the size of items. 2. Use the sealing machine to seal, and sealing line should not be too low, or it will be easy to break. If there are irregular items, you can use the sealing machine to cut edges and corners. 3. Use the hot air gun to blow the edge first and then overall uniformly, then the gas will be discharged from the bag. Be careful not to blow too long in one place, or the bag will melt.
